We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”). Pursuant to the PDPA, we have established this Privacy Policy to let you know the kinds of personal information we may gather during your visit to the Website, why we gather your information, what we use your personal information for, when we might disclose your personal information, and how you can manage your personal information.

Where indicated in our application or registration forms manually or electronically, it is obligatory to provide your personal data to us to enable us to process your application for our services. Under PDPA, you reserve the right to access your Personal Data and request for correction of the Personal Data that might be inaccurate, obsolete, incomplete or misleading.

  • Request that we correct any of your inaccurate, obsolete, incomplete or misleading personal data;
  • Request copies of the data from us.

 

In accordance with the PDPA, and to the extent not limited by any other applicable law, we may:

  • charge an administration fee to process your request for access or correction to Personal Data, comply with the fees set out in the PDPA Regulations, and refuse to comply with your request for access to or correction of Personal Information and provide written reasons for any such action.

Pursuant to Section 7(3) of the PDPA, this notice is issued in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the English version shall prevail..
